Support Disaster Recovery within Mainframe environment
Understand both Tape and DASD Subsystems
Perform Data Recovery for Tape and DASD
Maintain DR Plan and DR Technical Scripts (TRP’s)
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, DRaaS Coordinators, clients, and vendors
Update managers on Drill status

At least 10 years of experience supporting the z/OS Mainframe Storage environment
Extensive experience of Mainframe Storage
Work experience with DASD and Tape – IBM (DS8k’s, TS7k’s), EMC, Luminex
Work experience with Tape management systems – Broadcom, TMC, IBM RRM, OAM
Work experience with VSM Virtual tape solutions and management
Work experience with Global Mirror with Practice, Global Copy, FDR Software, ACS Routines
Work experience with IBM IDCAMS
Work experience with z/OS JCL
Work experience with SMS routines (DFSMS)
Work experience with DFHSM
Work experience with SAS/Vantage reporting for trends
Familiarity with Tape dump restores
