Lead sprint-level application development execution and manage developer workload
Own development of invoice, dispute, outlier, and reconciliation systems
Enforce code quality standards including 80% automated unit test coverage
Deliver code through the CMS CI/CD pipeline
Mentor senior and mid-level Java/AWS developers
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
Support AI-assisted development using CMS-approved tools

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
8+ years in software development
3+ years in a technical lead or team lead role
Strong Java development expertise
Strong Python proficiency
Experience with Agentic AI or AI-assisted development tools
Experience delivering inside a CI/CD pipeline including GitHub, Jenkins, and SonarQube
Experience with Python test frameworks like Pytest and UnitTest
Experience with database testing tools like DBFit/FitNesse
Experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS, and API Gateway
Experience in a SAFe Agile environment
