Manage day-to-day supervision of assigned developers
Oversee delivery of application support and maintenance for programs or COTS products
Provide leadership and direction to team members across all aspects of delivery
Collaborate with delivery development managers to supervise team members
Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define and assess development processes
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure corporate goals are met
Work with program and delivery teams on client-facing developer allocations
Guide team on design, development, security, and deployment of software systems
Manage internal initiatives to improve development organization and onboarding
Measure and enforce coding standards and best practices
Ensure a strong customer service focus across development functions
Facilitate administrative functions including performance management and reviews
Perform technical oversight and assessment of development processes
Support proposal development by reviewing technical solutions and pricing estimates
Manage development projects and provide quality control
Adhere to corporate policies including HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules

Experience with Agile and blended development methodologies
Strong working experience with Jira
Knowledge of OOP concepts and at least one OOP language (Java preferred)
Experience managing application development on Java Spring framework
Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, JQuery, and JavaScript
Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Experience configuring application code on-premise and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
