Responsibilities

Respond to infrastructure support requests
Triage and investigate complexities
Perform Ubuntu hardening, Terraform provisioning, and automation via AAP
Communicate with peers on issues and manage MS Teams threads
Participate in daily and weekly agile ceremonies
Deploy infrastructure with Terraform and provision AMIs
Support monthly patching on weekends
Document knowledge and articulate technical solutions

Requirements

5+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with CI/CD automated pipelines
Experience with AWS services (EKS, ECS, RDS, SQS, SES)
Experience with IAC frameworks like Terraform and/or CloudFormation
Experience using and implementing Infrastructure as Code
Containerization best practices
Experience with Git or alternative source code repositories
US Citizenship required
Ability to receive DHS EOD suitability

Preferred

Experience with monitoring and observability tools including New Relic and Splunk
Kubernetes or other container orchestration platform experience
Knowledge of streaming platforms like Kafka
Database administration experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
Active GitHub profile
