What you’ll do…
- Provide first-level technical support to all hotel departments and resolve hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Ensure smooth operation of the Property Management System (PMS), POS, back-office applications and other hotel technology systems.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Monitor the hotel's network, Wi-Fi infrastructure, servers and security systems to ensure maximum uptime.
- Coordinate with external vendors for software updates, maintenance and AMC activities.
- Maintain IT inventory, software licences and asset registers.
- Perform regular system backups and support data recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards and data privacy requirements.
- Support audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences and hotel events.
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures, system configurations and incident logs.
- Participate in IT projects, system upgrades and new technology implementations.
- Provide training and guidance to Heartists on IT systems and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of IT experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, Wi-Fi infrastructure and hardware troubleshooting.
- Exposure to hotel applications such as PMS, POS and back-office systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and data protection.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
