Develop large scale distributed systems
Implement Microservices and Event driven architecture
Work with AI development using Agentic AI, Chatbot and Gen AI
Perform full development life cycle for large-scale software products
Implement CI/CD deployment pipelines
Design and implement systems following design patterns and standards
Perform coding and unit testing
Assist and mentor team members
Communicate with engineers, QE, and onshore teams
Support QE team during testing via defect fixes, code deployment, clarifications
Write and execute automation tests
Use AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making

9+ years of experience in large scale distributed system development
5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring boot, Kafka, AngularJS/ReactJS, NoSQL Database, Redis, Docker/Kubernetes, GitHub
3+ years of experience working with Microservices and Event driven architecture like Kafka
2+ years of experience on Cloud environment and architectures, preferably Azure
1+ years of experience with AI development using Agentic AI, Chatbot and Gen AI
Proven experience with full development life cycle for large-scale software products
Extensive experience with service-oriented architectures, design patterns and web services
Understand and implement CI/CD deployment pipelines with JPAC/Github Actions
Strong knowledge in performance, scalability, distributed architecture, and engineering best practices
Leverage knowledge of internal and industry prior knowledge in design decisions
In-depth knowledge of system programming
Deep understanding of system performance tradeoffs, load balancing, and engineering for high availability
Understand Product / Project / Consumer priorities
Follow Agile methodologies
Adherence to coding standards
Baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools
Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms
Apply AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows
Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features
