Product Management Fluid Handling Solutions

We're looking for an experienced Product Management professional to join our organization in Changshu, China. As the Product Manager for Fluid Handling Solutions, you will drive the strategic direction, development, and commercialization of our fluid handling product portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands and customer needs.

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for fluid handling solutions, including market positioning, strategic pricing, go-to-market plans, and competitive positioning
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer pain points in the fluid handling industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, application engineering, sales, and business development to define product requirements and specifications
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to drive product enhancements, establish KPIs, and measure product success and profitability
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all organizational levels while identifying new business opportunities and partnerships within the fluid handling sector
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or fluid handling solutions
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies
• Proficiency in market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer segmentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Experience in international markets or regional product management is preferred
