Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Microsoft 365 Power Automate workflows
Assist in the creation and deployment of Power Apps
Support data analysis by generating and updating reports
Troubleshoot simple workflow issues
Help maximize the client’s customized M365 Teams environment
Participate in delivering virtual demos and training sessions

Requirements

Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 1+ year of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and Teams)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated self-starter eager to learn and grow in a remote, team-oriented environment

Preferred

Familiarity with Power BI and basic data visualization concepts
Understanding of process improvement methodologies
