Are you ready to help solve society’s most pressing challenges using data, knowledge, and AI?
This November, KnowHax, the Hackathon platform selected by The National Science Foundation (NSF) and Knowledge Graph Conference (KGC), will host challenges in partnership with organizations and colleges in the Knowledge Graph and Semantic Visualizations ecosystem.
Learn and collaborate with experts and fellow hackers in the community, and learn more about Knowledge graphs and AI semantic visualizations, and how they enable machines to understand, organize, and interpret complex relationships between data, making AI systems more intelligent, contextual, and capable of delivering insights in a human-understandable way.
Time Commitment: Average of 2 hours per day

We are looking for Participants with skills and interests in the following areas (please note, all these skills are nice to have, not mandatory requirements).
Technical Skills and Interests
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Understanding algorithms, model training, and optimization.
- Data Science & Analytics: Skills in data collection, cleaning, processing, and visualization.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, C++, Core Java, and Frontend Frameworks such as Rect, Vue, and Angular.
- Familiarity with AI Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP): text analysis, sentiment detection, and language models.
- Computer Vision: Understanding of image recognition, object detection, and image classification.
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI models.
- APIs & Integrations: Ability to connect AI models to external applications through APIs.
- Data Visualization: Skills in presenting data insights through visual tools like Matplotlib, D3.js, or Tableau.
