We are seeking an innovative and skilled Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI and Hyper-Personalization to develop and implement advanced machine learning models. Key Responsibility

1. Design and develop generative AI models to enhance personalization in recommendations and user experiences.

• Implement advanced machine learning algorithms to personalize user interactions in real-time, improving customer engagement.
• Apply clustering and segmentation techniques to understand customer behavior and drive hyper-personalized marketing strategies.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover insights and optimize personalization efforts, enhancing decision-making.
• Design and conduct experiments to test personalized experiences, iteratively optimizing models for better performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered personalization solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ensure scalability and optimization of personalization models for high-performance environments, processing large datasets efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure high accuracy and reliability, aligning with business objectives.
• Stay updated with advancements in generative AI and machine learning, contributing to the data science community through research and publications.
• Develop data-driven strategies to enhance customer-collector/channel engagement, improving resolution rates and reducing operational costs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering skill development and innovation.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of AI initiatives, supporting business growth.
