Scope

We are looking for Technical IT Consultants who are creative problem-solvers who will be responsible for providing professional consulting services to our clients in the field of Technology and Business Solutions Services.

Key Responsibilities including

• Understanding the clients IT environment.
• Understanding the clients IT capabilities and the solutions requirements.
• Facilitating technical training, presentations, and meetings.
• Handling solutions implementations/ migrations.
• Handling solutions technical configurations.
• Handling the implementation/ migration technical processes from testing environments to production environments.
• Providing technical support and trouble shooting.

Requirements

• Degree in computer engineering/science, information technology, or related fields.
• (0-1) years of experience.
• Completed the ITI Training is a plus.
• A proven track record of hands-on experience / Good and basic knowledge in one of the following topics:
• IT networking skills.
• Windows Server.
• Active Directory.
• UNIX, Linux and Linux Commands infrastructure including File System, Registry, Active Directory, user profiles, security.
• Technical support.
• Virtualized technologies such VMWare and Hyper-V.
• Databases knowledge such as MYSQL, MSSQL.
• Excellent command of English Language (written and verbal skills).
• Flexibility to Travel to customer sites when required.
