Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve supply chain related and SQL issues
- Provide consulting and support to customers on developing their RELEX system
- Ensure and support high-quality product development by conducting acceptance testing
- Conduct analyses and investigations on ad-hoc basis for different internal stakeholders
- Work closely with consultants to create customer and product related documentation
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and queries
- Query Writing for reporting, data manipulation and investigation
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis
- Willingness to grow scripting skills
- Proactive and result-driven attitude towards work
- Ability to understand SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives
- Excellent communication skills
- Educational background in Industrial Engineering, System sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Information & Service Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, System sciences or other relevant subject expertise
- Strong will to learn how our products operate and deliver world-class service
- Outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Experience using AI-powered tools to improve personal productivity and streamline routine tasks
- Practical understanding of large language models (LLMs), including prompt design, context management, and appropriate model usage
- Ability to apply LLM concepts to real-world tasks such as documentation, investigation, and workflow support
- Ability to configure or leverage AI-assisted workflows to automate repeatable support tasks
- Exercising sound judgment on when human expertise is required
- Interest in staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance team efficiency and ways of working
Preferred
- Previous work experience as an Analyst, Data Scientist etc or in customer service
- Ability to understand code and prior knowledge of databases
- Experience from retail, FMCG/CPG supply chain management, logistics, pricing
- Experience in implementing, or maintaining enterprise-scale software solutions
- Understanding of ITIL best practices for customer support
- Advanced Windows Server Operating System understanding – Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DNS, Server Manager etc.
- Basic understanding of networking principals
