[Summary]

• Responsible for all points of data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting
• Develops and reports daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key performance indicators related to warehouse operational metrics
• Provides critical analysis of costs associated with logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations
• Supports improvement opportunities and monitors discrepancies throughout the organization
• Works with cross-functional teams to validate data and collaborate on operational insights

[Duties and Responsibilities]

• Data & business analysis
• Data mining & extraction from multiple sources to build reports
• Daily, weekly, and monthly report generation
• Report automation & design
• Maintaining existing dashboards; weekly & monthly analysis and reporting
• Help drive critical business decisions through in-depth analysis; provide recommendations based on findings
• Develop models that help with decision-making
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement
• Publish standard and complex ad-hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences

[Skills & Qualifications]

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments
• High proficiency in MS Excel (40%), SQL (35%), Access, BI Tools, and PowerPoint (25%) required
• Experience with SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong data mining skills and experience extracting & manipulating data from multiple sources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management
• Results driven; ability to handle multiple projects and work independently without supervision
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
