Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- B1+ English level
Experience
- 1+ years of experience in QA management.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of QA methodologies, like Agile.
- Proficiency in QA tools and software like JIRA, Selenium, or other testing platforms.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking test metrics.
- Basic understanding of Six Sigma principles to drive quality improvements and reduce defects in the QA process.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and how they impact product development cycles and testing processes.
- Communication skills for interacting with development teams and management.
- Detail-oriented mindset for spotting issues and ensuring quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the setup and execution of test automation processes to ensure efficient and repeatable testing.
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed testing schedules and timelines.
- Review and analyze test results to identify bugs, defects, or anomalies.
- Document test cases, defects, and testing outcomes using QA management tools.
- Work on process improvement strategies, leveraging tools like Six Sigma to enhance QA workflows.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure alignment on product quality goals.
