  • Lead the strategic direction, governance, and operational execution of the Enterprise Asset Management Program as a senior individual contributor and enterprise program owner.
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise asset management strategy, roadmap, maturity plan, policies, standards, and governance processes across IT, OT, cloud, IoT, and connected technologies.
  • Establish authoritative asset inventories and drive asset discovery, identification, classification, ownership, and lifecycle governance from acquisition through retirement.
  • Ensure asset repositories, CMDBs, and management platforms remain accurate, complete, current, and trusted by improving data quality, ownership coverage, and inventory accuracy across the enterprise.
  • Define and implement controls to identify unmanaged, unknown, unauthorized, or vulnerable assets and partner with stakeholders to reduce risk, improve resilience, and strengthen operational readiness.
  • Support cybersecurity and compliance requirements aligned with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CMMC, CIS Controls, the EU Cyber Resilience Act, and other applicable obligations.
  • Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Technology, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to support assessments, evidence collection, and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the business owner for asset management technologies and platforms, including implementation, optimization, data quality monitoring, and integrations with CMDB, vulnerability management, identity and access management, endpoint management, cloud security, SIEM, and security operations platforms.
  • Develop KPIs, Metrics That Matter, executive dashboards, and reporting frameworks that communicate asset visibility, ownership, compliance readiness, operational effectiveness, and cybersecurity risk reduction.
  • Influence stakeholders without direct authority, drive enterprise adoption of asset management standards, and serve as the enterprise authority on asset management best practices and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in asset management, IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, CMDB, governance, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing and leading enterprise-wide programs without direct people management responsibilities, including strategy, governance, roadmap development, operational execution, and stakeholder adoption.
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management practices, including onboarding, ownership, changes, transfers, decommissioning, disposal, data quality, and stewardship controls.
  • Experience implementing, integrating, or governing enterprise asset management tools and related platforms such as ServiceNow, Axonius, Tanium, Microsoft Defender, Lansweeper, Flexera, or Snow Software.
  • Experience supporting global manufacturing, operational technology, cloud, IoT, or connected technology environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory expectations such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CMMC, CIS Controls, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CGRC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Certified IT Asset Manager, or similar credentials are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, executive reporting, problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
