Job Openings Smart Contract Engineer - Web3 Venture Studio

Designing, building and deploying smart contracts to create high performance, low latency user-facing products for the portfolio companies
Writing clean, gas optimized, and reusable smart contract and protocol code in Solidity
Collaborating with product managers to innovate and develop user-facing features based on market trends and competitive analyses
Scoping complex features and work closely with designers and fellow engineers to execute implementation, testing, and deployment
Participating in code review and writing rigorous test suites to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices

5+ (for senior role) / 2+ ( for junior role) years of experience in software engineering with solid, demonstrable work on Github or otherwise
Shipped a product to mainnet using Solidity
Ability to ship code using test-driven development
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Awareness of engineering best practices for fintech products and DeFi protocols
Problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and good judgment

A Bachelors or professional degree in STEM field
Knowledge or expertise in Node.js, React/React Native, gas optimization and basic knowledge of encryption and cryptography
Deep understanding of financial products in a web3 context
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including engineering, design, UI, UX and QA
