Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and project requirements for finance and operations
Query Snowflake Data Lake to acquire and join data for ad hoc business questions
Prepare written analysis and summarize results with graphical representations
Provide analytical support interpreting financial and operational data and trends
Develop knowledge of data collection in source systems
Capture and document best practices with reporting analyst colleagues
Support strategic and long-term projects with stakeholders
Upskill in new tools such as generative AI and analytical techniques

Degree in data science, finance, business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
Strong foundation in applied statistical analysis (probability distributions, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, Bayesian concepts)
Strong machine learning fundamentals (supervised and unsupervised learning)
1-3 years experience
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel
Knowledge of distributed databases and handling large datasets
Ability to extract, join, clean, and manipulate data from various sources
Experience automating data processing tasks with Python, R, SQL, or Excel
Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning models (linear/logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, K-Means clustering)
Ability to present findings using Power BI, Tableau, or Python/R libraries
