We’re building the next generation of internal and external solutions for desktop and mobile users, and we need a developer who thrives in modern web ecosystems. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will support existing systems while actively contributing to new development projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Our Full-Stack Developer Will Also

Build scalable applications for desktop and mobile users using TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL and TanStack Router

Architect and optimize workflows with TurboRepo, GraphQL, and AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, Lambda, EventBridge, Amplify)

Implement responsive, accessible UI with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui

Containerize and deploy applications using Docker

Collaborate in an Agile environment using Jira and Git

Explore and apply AI-assisted methodologies to accelerate development

Create and maintain documentation for our applications and their releases

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

A team player who enjoys working with a small, dedicated group of talented developers

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

1–2 years of professional experience in software development

Experience or strong familiarity with modern web frameworks and cloud technologies

Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development principle
