Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain a complex distributed processing application
Work closely with Product Owner/Data Coaches/Analysts/DBA and Scrum/Kanban teams
Ensure alignment with program standards, backend-frontend requirements, and Agile delivery expectations

Requirements

Minimum 9 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision
Strong Python development with JAVA experience or Strong JAVA Development with python experience
Experience with distributed workloads via Spark/Hadoop/Other
Must have SQL skills
AWS experience
Strong shell scripting
Excellent executive function and communication skills
US Citizen or Green Card

Preferred

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience; certification preferred
CLI Linux experience
Visual Studio (VS code) or other IDE experience
Job scheduling / process automation experience
Rules-based model experience
Experience working with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) information systems
CMS/Medicare or Medicaid claims experience
Rules engine experience (ODM/DRools etc)
