We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data and Analytics Intern. This internship offers exposure to various facets of operations management and provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.

Build data structure and data lake intake method to support future analytics tools use at a growing Fortune 500 company
Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement
Collect, analyze, and present data related to key performance indictors (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar data manipulation tools
Foundational understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or similar data pipeline tools
Experience with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level (data validation, structured tables, named ranges, or form design)
Exposure to data intake or form-based data collection workflows
Basic understanding of data governance concepts (data quality, documentation, lineage)
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Sharepoint, PowerBI (DAX , Power Query) or other Microsoft 365 tools
Smartsheet
Data Pipeline development (ETL/ELT)
Comfort working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional stakeholders
