Responsibilities

Partner with Product, Design, and QA to deliver features from ideation through deployment
Design and develop backend services and APIs
Promote engineering excellence through automated testing, thoughtful code reviews, and effective monitoring
Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape how microservices interact
Strengthen operational health by identifying risks early and improving observability and resilience

Requirements

8+ years building and operating backend systems for large-scale SaaS platforms
Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as Java, Kotlin, C#
Experience architecting and designing backend services in a microservices environment
Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic or Kibana
Solid understanding of SDLC, design patterns, and Agile methodologies
Strong SQL and relational database skills
