Responsibilities

Build internal tools that scale Support
Design and ship AI drafting tools, autonomous reply systems, workflow automation, reporting dashboards
Own projects end to end from problem identification to resolution
Build customer-facing self-service migration scripts and diagnostic tools
Improve underlying systems, abstractions, and integrations
Prototype, measure, and ship new approaches

Requirements

3+ years of Software Engineering experience
Clean, production-quality code
Degree or rigorous experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Fluent in Python, Rust, Go, or Typescript/Javascript
Built information retrieval systems using semantic search / RAG
Located in US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT)
