Machine Learning Engineer - Emirati national

We are looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and optimization of advanced models that power real-world AI applications. You will be responsible for model lifecycle management from research to production deployment, working closely with product, engineering, and research teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning solutions (LLMs, predictive models) for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product owners to shape data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Optimize models for efficiency, accuracy, and real-time performance.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation, iterating based on metrics and business needs.
• Champion responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and security.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in machine learning, AI, or data science.
• Strong background in large language models, NLP, or generative AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is highly desirable.
