Translate requirements into integrations, automations, and reporting

8+ years of software engineering experience
Significant focus on building production systems
2+ years of hands-on experience with AI integration architecture
Using LLMs in intelligent automation, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG
Strong proficiency in backend technologies (TypeScript, Python, or Java)
Building microservices and integrations
Good understanding of messaging infrastructure, data streaming, and storage solutions
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Ability to write, review, and suggest PL/SQL code optimization
Strong backend and distributed systems expertise
API design
AWS
Track record of using AI in development to ship products from prototype to production
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Influence without authority
Excellent communication skills

Financial domain knowledge
Experience with Oracle Cloud products or other ERP systems
Experience building AI agents and MCPs, preferably using Claude
Experience building integrations using MCP
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Contributions to open-source, publications at top venues, or public speaking engagements
