Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to deliver SaaS solutions
Communicate and work effectively to create high-quality software
Proactively improve processes and product design/architecture
Drive innovation by coming up with new product ideas
Perform technology and feasibility studies
Design highly secure, performant, scalable, and available solutions
Troubleshoot and fix production issues across deployment, networking, databases, etc.
Mentor and provide technical training to team members
Help train and onboard new hires
Own integration of AI into product features and workflows
Identify opportunities for AI to improve efficiency and drive initiatives end-to-end

4+ years as a .NET Developer developing production SaaS web applications
Proficient in C# and .NET framework
Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .Net 6/8
Experience developing unit, integration, E2E, and load/stress tests
Strong experience with relational databases such as MS SQL
Strong understanding of Azure services, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Functions, AKS
Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript/jQuery
Experience with AI/ML technologies and modern AI tooling
Strong communication skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Experience in Agile development
Proficient with Git
