Client Delivery Associate

Job description

Support the successful onboarding, implementation and ongoing delivery of Verifications, Affordability Passport & Support Hub products by coordinating internal teams, managing delivery activities and ensuring an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding activities through to completion.
• Review and validate delivery prerequisites and documentation.
• Coordinate client testing, UAT and production go-lives.
• Maintain delivery trackers, reports and governance documentation.
• Manage client communications throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Investigate delivery issues and coordinate resolution activities.
• Work with GTM, Product, Engineering, Security and Support teams.
• Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, controls and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation enhancements.
• Support client escalations and service recovery activities.
• Review Data Subject Access Requests, ensuring requests are completed within required service levels and regulatory requirements.
