Lead and develop a team of 4–6 AI Engineers building AI-powered marketing solutions
Define and execute HubSpot's AI strategy for Marketing, partnering with senior leaders
Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from ideation to impact measurement
Coach engineers in LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, API integrations, and AI application architecture
Build scalable frameworks and engineering standards for rapid prototyping and responsible deployment
Partner across Marketing, Product, Data, and Go-to-Market teams, translating technical concepts into business outcomes
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, and operational excellence

3+ years of experience directly managing engineering or AI teams
Strong technical foundation in AI/ML, LLMs, APIs, automation, and modern AI architectures
Proven ability to turn ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI solutions
Exceptional communication skills for executive and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated success prioritizing work and delivering results across concurrent initiatives

Experience building AI-powered solutions within a marketing technology ecosystem (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe)
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, agentic systems, LLM applications, or generative AI technologies
Proven success scaling AI prototypes into production-ready products or internal tools
Familiarity with HubSpot's marketing platform, automation capabilities, or data ecosystem
