Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
Develop AI-powered assistants, chatbots, intelligent copilots, and document processing solutions
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications
Apply predictive analytics, recommendation models, anomaly detection, and AI-driven decision support
Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions
Develop prompt engineering standards, AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and Responsible AI practices
Implement MLOps processes for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, testing, and lifecycle management
Participate in Agile development activities
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions
Ensure AI solutions comply with Federal cybersecurity requirements
Support testing, performance optimization, security assessments, DevSecOps integration, and production support

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of software development experience
At least 2 years developing enterprise AI or Generative AI solutions
Strong experience with Python
Strong experience with C#
Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong experience with SQL
Strong experience with REST APIs
Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Strong experience with modern AI frameworks
Experience with LLMs
Experience with RAG
Experience with prompt engineering
Experience with AI agents
Experience with vector databases
Experience with enterprise application integration
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Strong understanding of secure software development practices
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture
