Lead design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise Drupal-based web applications
Serve as technical lead for web development activities ensuring availability, scalability, and performance
Design and implement full-stack solutions using Drupal and .NET technologies
Integrate Drupal applications with Appian, SharePoint, and IBM DB2 databases
Manage website architecture, infrastructure, hosting, performance tuning, and capacity planning
Ensure compliance with Section 508 Accessibility Standards
Lead Agile development teams and participate in SAFe planning and sprint execution
Establish development standards, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to development staff
Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term technical solutions
Ensure security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
10+ years of overall federal-sector IT experience
10+ years of hands-on .NET development experience
5+ years of hands-on Drupal full-stack development experience
Experience leading enterprise web development teams as Technical Lead or Solution Architect
Experience integrating Drupal with Appian, SharePoint, and IBM DB2
Strong experience with website architecture, infrastructure, scalability, and performance optimization
Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure software development practices
Working knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience ensuring Section 508 accessibility compliance

Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government agencies
Experience with enterprise website modernization projects
Knowledge of secure cloud and web infrastructure environments
Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams
Strong understanding of web security, accessibility, and enterprise architecture
