Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise Drupal-based web applications
- Serve as technical lead for web development activities ensuring availability, scalability, and performance
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using Drupal and .NET technologies
- Integrate Drupal applications with Appian, SharePoint, and IBM DB2 databases
- Manage website architecture, infrastructure, hosting, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 Accessibility Standards
- Lead Agile development teams and participate in SAFe planning and sprint execution
- Establish development standards, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to development staff
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term technical solutions
- Ensure security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of overall federal-sector IT experience
- 10+ years of hands-on .NET development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Drupal full-stack development experience
- Experience leading enterprise web development teams as Technical Lead or Solution Architect
- Experience integrating Drupal with Appian, SharePoint, and IBM DB2
- Strong experience with website architecture, infrastructure, scalability, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure software development practices
- Working knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience ensuring Section 508 accessibility compliance
Preferred
- Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government agencies
- Experience with enterprise website modernization projects
- Knowledge of secure cloud and web infrastructure environments
- Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams
- Strong understanding of web security, accessibility, and enterprise architecture
