About the job
- Explore innovative 6G and beyond technologies and contribute to the development of advanced solutions and system-level optimizations.
- Work closely with team members to conduct research in one or more aspects of the projects.
- Contribute to shaping new standards including 3GPP, IETF, IEEE, and ETSI.
- Build prototypes and implement proof-of-concept code for various solutions.
- Be agile and continuously learn and update their knowledge in various fields develop software prototypes and execute proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Leverage lab resources to develop prototypes develop proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Document findings, contribute to technical discussions and reports, develop patents, and publish results in reputable venues.
The total target annual compensation for this position ranges from $106,000 to $156,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
About the ideal candidate
- PhD or Master degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Excellent and demonstrated understanding of engineering, and computer science fundamentals.
- Strong and demonstrated knowledge and understanding of AI ecosystem including AI agents.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and theory (Training, inference, and data analytics).
- Strong software design and programming skills.
- Strong ability to research complex topics, and develop concrete and innovative solutions.
- Creative analytical skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills.
