Must-Have Skills – Snowflake Lead (Data Engineering)

• 12+ years of Data Engineering / Analytics experience
• 8+ years of hands-on Snowflake development and production support
• 4+ years as a Technical Lead managing onshore/offshore teams
• 4+ years in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
• Strong experience with Snowflake (Advanced SQL, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Performance Tuning, Security/RBAC)
• Hands-on expertise in Talend ETL / Talend Open Studio
• Strong Python programming (including Snowpark preferred)
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI / AI-enabled analytics
• Strong AWS Cloud data platform experience
• Expertise in Data Engineering, ELT/ETL pipelines, CDC, and Data Modeling
• Experience with CI/CD for Snowflake deployments
• Production support, Root Cause Analysis, and Month-End Closing activities
• Knowledge of Qlik Replicate and real-time/batch data ingestion
• AI/ML data engineering experience (feature engineering, ML data pipelines, fraud detection, risk scoring)
• Strong SQL optimization, query tuning, and warehouse performance optimization
• Excellent stakeholder communication and customer-facing leadership skills
