Design, build, and ship production AI features and agentic systems
Build on modern agentic frameworks such as CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, and LangChain
Establish evaluations, tracing, monitoring, and guardrails for AI features and agents
Maintain and extend the internal agent fleet and applications
Write production Python: services, APIs, data pipelines, and automations
Build performant, responsive, and accessible front ends in TypeScript and React
Design and implement page layouts and component libraries, maintaining a scalable design system
Optimize Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and environments
Harden security using least-privilege roles, secret management, WAF/CDN rules, and OWASP Top 10 mitigations
Build and maintain integrations across the marketing technology stack
Instrument campaigns and digital properties for lead capture, routing, attribution, and consent
Automate marketing operations work that is manual today
Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate ideation, wireframing, content generation, and QA
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria

6+ years of progressive experience building and shipping production software
Production Python expertise: services, APIs, scripts, and data pipelines
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript with production React experience
Hands-on background building agentic systems with CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, or LangChain
Practical experience with LLM API integration, prompt and context engineering, and evaluation
Marketing technology background: Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, and tag management
Working WordPress proficiency: custom themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks, ACF, PHP 8+, MySQL
Ability to write clean, semantic HTML and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid)
Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining a design system and component library
Solid database fundamentals with Postgres or MySQL
Hands-on with performance optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements
Proven accessibility expertise with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA implementation and testing
Version control and DevOps: Git workflows, CI/CD, Docker, CDN and caching configuration
Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot
Must maintain a publicly accessible profile demonstrating work and at least one shipped agentic project

Experience with workflow and integration platforms such as Workato, n8n, Zapier
Experience with async Python and web or data libraries such as FastAPI, Pydantic, pandas
Experience running evaluation frameworks for LLM applications
Experience with Cloudflare, Vercel, Netlify, or similar edge and CDN platforms
Experience with GEO/AEO and how AI answer engines discover content
Experience with Sitecore XM/XP
Familiarity with Node-based build tooling and testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, Cypress, PHPUnit
Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs, CRM and MAP platforms, and data layers
Understanding of privacy, consent management, HIPAA considerations, and security best practices
