Receive and scan new hardware shipments and daily returns into the warehouse.
Un-box equipment, shelve equipment, update locations.
Update VSM tickets.
Pull Reports from VSM system for daily deployments and returns reconciliation.
Package systems and prepare shipping documents as needed.
Load Images on to assets.
Receive disposal and redeploy equipment, sanitize, and prepare for disposal/redeployment.
Monitor BWI Depot and Disposal queues.
Received warratny parts and send notifications to the appropriate technicians.
Respond to service requests for batteries, misc stock parts, and break/fix spares.

High School + 2 years related experience.
Experience with Hardware deployment, service ticketing systems, loading operating systems.
Experience with PC imaging along with warehouse experience.
