Design and create engineering specifications for enterprise software applications
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality code adhering to coding standards
Perform peer code reviews and promote software engineering best practices
Evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks using Jira or RTC
Monitor work against project schedules and communicate risks and blockers
Translate business requirements and prototypes into production-ready software
Mentor junior software engineers and support their technical development

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Hands-on experience with Mainframe technologies including COBOL
Completion of the Glider Assessment – Senior Application Developer (Mainframe)
3+ years of experience designing scalable enterprise applications
3+ years of experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, ACE, IIB/ITX, or Informatica
Experience with at least two of: React, Angular, Node.js, HTML5, CSS, GCP, AWS
3+ years of experience developing and consuming RESTful web services
U.S. Citizenship required

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, C#, C++, or Objective-C
5+ years of experience defining enterprise system architectures
5+ years of experience designing solutions within the healthcare industry
5+ years of experience translating design mockups into production-ready applications
5+ years of experience producing fault-tolerant and maintainable code
