• Division (Infrastructure) and Mandiant Consultant
• - Review and understand the existing Windows Server Infrastructure
• - Recommend and Build the operation procedures
• · Discover Windows, Services Accounts
• · Reset passwords of Windows Service Accounts
• · Documentation
• · Review the operation Procedures
• - Work with Shangri-La Technology Division (Infrastructure) and Mandiant Consultant
• - Review and understand the existing Windows Server Infrastructure
• - Implement the defined operation procedures
• · Discover Windows, Services Accounts
• · Reset passwords of Windows Service Accounts
• · Documentation

Requirements

• Experience in IT Infrastructure operation
• Experience in Windows Server and file server support
• Solid hands-on experience on network, Server, and VM environment Good Communication with Vendor by the Project .
• Good Communication with Users
