Senior BI Engineer

Role Overview

Help us empower millions across Africa by building the data foundation for a leading fintech platform. You'll design and implement BI solutions that drive critical business decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in BI Engineering or Analytics Engineering, preferably in fintech/SaaS
• Strong SQL, dbt, and data modeling expertise
• Proven experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Ability to translate complex business needs into data solutions
• Experience supporting A/B testing frameworks
• Python or R for deeper analysis

• Design and build scalable data models and reporting layers
• Own BI dashboard development and optimization
• Partner with Data Engineering on pipelines and quality
• Translate business requirements into actionable data products
