Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Encompass customizations
Build and enhance Encompass SDK-based plugins
Configure and manage custom forms, input forms, field triggers, and data mappings
Ensure application performance, security, and compliance

Requirements

Proven experience in Encompass SDK / Plugin development (C#, .NET)
Developer Connect APIs & web services integration
Business rules, workflows, and configuration within Encompass
Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, Web APIs, SQL Server
Experience with event-based scripting, field triggers, and custom calculations
Knowledge of mortgage lifecycle

Preferred

Experience working in US Mortgage / Banking domain
Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
Prior experience leading small teams or mentoring developers
