Contribute to system design within pharmacy operations, manufacturing, and logistics domains
Follow and contribute to architectural standards governing service communication
Support integration across internal services and external regulatory systems
Build and optimize performant, reliable backend systems
Implement fault-tolerant systems with observability layers
Conduct performance analysis identifying bottlenecks
Participate in structured code reviews and pair programming sessions

Experience with distributed systems, backend architecture, and microservices design
Proficiency in frontend technologies including React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
Proficiency in the Java/Spring Boot ecosystem and optionally Python or C#
Proficiency in GraphQL and/or Node.js-based development
Understanding of performance optimization, system reliability, and observability practices
Ability to contribute to systems that meet regulatory, security, and data integrity requirements
2+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production backend systems

Familiarity with or exposure to regulated industries where auditability, data traceability, and compliance-aware system design are important considerations
Master's degree preferred
