You bring full-stack engineering capability, AI fluency, and a collaborative mindset to meaningful product problems that affect how work gets done at scale.

• Design and build scalable full-stack software using C# and .NET, contributing across services, APIs, and modern web applications to reduce manual effort, improve quality, and create engaging product experiences
• Integrate across operational, reporting, and end-user systems — writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to code reviews and testing practices that raise quality across the team
• Use AI tools actively as part of your engineering workflow to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, and design exploration — applying them effectively and responsibly in day-to-day delivery
• Contribute to AI-enabled product capabilities by bringing hands-on experience with generative and non-generative AI models to features that solve real customer problems at scale
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into thoughtful technical solutions, participating fully in scrum and helping the team move with clarity and momentum

• Professional experience building production software with C# and .NET, with full-stack development skills and working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
• Strong grounding in object-oriented design, data structures, testing, and building maintainable, reliable software — with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make steady progress on well-scoped work
• Demonstrated AI fluency in day-to-day engineering work — hands-on use of AI tools in your stack and workflow, with bonus value for experience implementing solutions leveraging generative or non-generative AI models
