Responsibilities

Lead and/or participate in Joint Application Design sessions
Create technical design documents that include UML diagrams
Rapid prototyping and presenting conceptual design and working prototypes
Design, develop, document, test, and debug large-scale web applications
Monitor and troubleshoot web applications, diagnose errors, and implement fixes
Liaise with clients and management to provide technical support
Participate in QA activities such as technical design and code walkthroughs
Keep up to date on best practices and new technologies

Requirements

3+ years of applications development and .NET programming using Oracle database
Solid understanding of the .NET framework, ASP.NET, Web Services, and C#
Web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
In-depth knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0/2.1/2.2 standards

Preferred

Prervious experinece with healthcare and Medicaid systems is highly preferred
