Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting BMC3 software development for the PWSA
Drive all phases of the software development lifecycle
Develop and optimize the secure software hosting environment
Provide technical oversight and leadership in the integration of software components
Troubleshoot complex issues in development, testing, and operational environments
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices
Mentor junior engineers

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in software and hardware development, integration, and operations
Demonstrated expertise in the full software development lifecycle and software methodologies, including Agile development practices
Strong technical knowledge of software architecture, cloud computing, and secure hosting environments
Proficiency in Object Oriented programming languages
Active security clearance (minimum Secret level, TS/SCI preferred)
Leadership or management experience in a technical capacity supporting large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs

Experience with the development and deployment of DevSecOps pipelines in a cloud environment
Working knowledge of space communication protocols, standards, and frameworks
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and associated frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF)
