Build backend services and APIs that ingest, process, and serve recruitment data at scale
Design data models and pipelines that handle complex, real-world staffing workflows
Integrate with third-party platforms like Bullhorn ATS, Salesforce, and Dynamics
Contribute to our AI/LLM processing pipeline
Help shape our technical direction as an early team member

3+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and Node.js
Solid experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation framework)
Experience integrating with large third-party enterprise systems — OAuth/token refresh, rate limits, and incremental sync of large datasets
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, ideally GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Scheduler)
Experience with RESTful APIs and/or tRPC, and schema validation (Zod)
Comfort with event-driven and asynchronous processing patterns
Demonstrated production experience building with LLMs — comfortable with function/tool calling and structured outputs, not just freeform prompting
A security-conscious mindset — you think about input validation, access controls, and safe data handling as part of building features, not an afterthought
