Manage, optimize, and automate hybrid IT and cloud environment (Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, on-premises)
Design, implement, and maintain Azure resources (VMs, networking, storage, databases, security)
Collaborate with software development teams on CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Set up and manage Identity & Access Management (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access)
Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (PowerShell, Bicep, Terraform, Azure CLI)
Contribute to monitoring and security tooling (Azure Monitor, Defender for Cloud, Log Analytics)
Work with security solutions like Splunk, SentinelOne, and other endpoint/threat management tools
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with focus on root cause and structural improvement
Document configurations, procedures, and knowledge
Actively contribute to a DevOps culture

HBO work and thinking level
Good command of Dutch and English
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security, Databases, Compute)
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
Knowledge of AKS, ACR, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Intune
Familiar with security principles and compliance best practices
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Experience with monitoring & analysis tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Splunk is a plus
Certifications AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-700 are a plus or willingness to obtain them
