Lead sprint-level application development execution and manage developer workload
Own development of invoice, dispute, outlier, and reconciliation systems
Enforce 80 percent or greater automated unit test coverage for all new code
Lead legacy system maintenance and business rule development
Mentor senior and mid-level Java/AWS developers
Deliver code through the CMS CI/CD pipeline
Conduct mandatory peer code reviews and secure code review integration
Support AI-assisted development using CMS-approved tools
Participate in PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder presentations

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
8+ years in software development
3+ years in a technical lead or team lead role
Strong Java development expertise
Strong Python proficiency
Experience with Agentic AI or AI-assisted development tools
Experience delivering inside a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub, Jenkins, JFrog, SonarQube, and Snyk
Experience with Python test frameworks like Pytest and UnitTest
Experience with database testing using DBFit/FitNesse
Experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS, and API Gateway
Experience in a SAFe Agile environment
