Responsibilities

Own technical delivery end-to-end
Drive planning, estimation, and prioritization
Remove blockers for the team
Establish sustainable weekly deployments
Make sound architectural decisions
Write production code daily
Use AI-assisted development tools strategically

Requirements

12+ years of commercial software engineering experience
Track record of shipping and maintaining production systems at scale
Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery
Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals
Proven experience using AI coding tools
.NET and React experience strongly preferred
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and shipping code frequently

Preferred

Experience in SaaS, healthcare software, or other regulated/compliance-sensitive environments
Hands-on DevOps experience (IaC, Azure) or infrastructure knowledge
Prior experience introducing new tools, practices, or ways of working to a team
Exposure to trunk-based development, continuous deployment models, or outcome-driven delivery frameworks
Background in API design, integration patterns, or building platforms
