The Opportunity

Purchasing Power, one of Atlanta’s fastest growing e-retailers is seeking a Forward Deployed Agent Builder to join our team in Chennai, India. Work directly with business and product teams to identify high-value problems and design, build, and deploy AI agents that solve real-world workflows. This role combines agent engineering, product thinking, and strong communication.

What You Will Do

• Business Problem Framing & Solution Design- Break down complex business problems into AI-solvable components, translate requirements into workflows, tools, and data needs, communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Agent Design & Development - Build agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, implement multiagent architectures (ReAct, supervisor models), optimize for latency, cost, and accuracy
• RAG & Knowledge Systems - Design end-to-end RAG using Copilot, work with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Memory Architecture - Implement short-term and long-term memory systems, optimize context handling and continuity
• Enterprise Integration- Integrate agents via APIs, MCP, and enterprise systems,
• M365 & Business Applications - Build agents using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, Integrate with Microsoft Graph, Teams, and SharePoint
• UX & Product Thinking- Design usable and intuitive AI experiences

Core Skills

• Agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph
• Multi-agent systems and architectures
• RAG pipelines and vector databases
• API integrations and enterprise systems
• Observability and evaluation tools
• Strong communication and product design sense
• UX awareness (plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• MCP, Skills knowledge
• AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude)
• Forward-deployed or solution engineering experience
