Modernize and scale the workflow platform
Build scalable, extensible platform capabilities
Develop reusable platform service with extensible APIs
Contribute to AI-enabled orchestration
Design and build backend services, APIs, and platform capabilities
Improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability of workflow systems
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and platform modernization
Build clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues

Experience building, experimenting with, or integrating AI-enabled applications, workflows, or developer tooling
Familiarity with modern AI frameworks, LLM-based tooling, or AI-assisted development workflows
Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent
Experience building and maintaining applications using C#/.NET
Experience designing or contributing to backend services, APIs, or platform capabilities
Strong understanding of SQL Server fundamentals, query performance, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with distributed systems, scalable application design, and backend performance considerations
Comfortable working within larger interconnected codebases
Familiarity with Azure and modern cloud development patterns
Strong communication skills
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience with modern development workflows, CI/CD practices, testing, and code reviews
Demonstrates ownership, continuous learning, and a willingness to grow technical expertise
Passion for writing clean, maintainable code

Interest in applying AI as a practical force multiplier within modern software development
