Design and build end-to-end product experiences for the Customer platform across web and mobile
Apply strong engineering fundamentals and best practices to keep systems modular, scalable, resilient, and easy to maintain
Contribute to and uphold coding standards, architectural patterns, testing strategies, and quality metrics
Drive technical design from problem definition through implementation
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows, incorporating DevSecOps practices
Support hosting, deployment, and runtime operations by improving observability, reliability, and performance

Strong experience designing and consuming GraphQL and REST-based APIs
Deep understanding of database design and performance
Hands-on experience using PostgreSQL and MongoDB

Familiarity with event-driven and asynchronous systems
Experience integrating with third-party platforms such as SSO providers, payment systems, and eCommerce services

Performance, scalability, and reliability engineering

10+ years of professional software development experience
Proven success delivering large-scale, high-impact platforms in production environments
Hands-on experience with real-time or near-real-time systems
Experience building and operating mobile applications
Track record of partnering effectively with product, design, and business stakeholders

Advanced degree is a plus but not required
Experience integrating with third-party platforms such as SSO providers, payment systems, and eCommerce services
Experience building and operating mobile applications with demonstrated adoption and quality outcomes

Skills
