Responsibilities

Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka
Administer, configure, and support Kafka service on Confluent Cloud
Create and manage Kafka topics and partitions
Design and develop enterprise API backends with SpringBoot Java microservices
Support migration and modernization of legacy integrations
Participate in testing, deployment, and production support

Requirements

Experience with Confluent Kafka administration
Experience with Kafka Connect framework
Experience with SAP connector
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Experience building microservices
Experience with event-driven architecture
Experience with GCP and Kubernetes/GKE
Experience with BitBucket and Git
Experience with unit and integration testing

Preferred

Experience with Python
Experience with Apigee
Experience with REST APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger
