Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and configuration of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Map out business processes and customer journeys.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories.
• Configure and customize Salesforce (flows, permission sets, custom objects, fields).
• Manage sharing and visibility settings to align with business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations during the implementation process.

Must-Have Requirements

• Strong understanding of business processes and CRM best practices.
• Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development (flows, permission sets, custom objects, fields).
• Expertise in sharing and visibility management.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading workshops and facilitating requirement-gathering sessions.

Soft Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Availability

• Must be available for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time to ensure real-time collaboration.
